Overview
Each client will be assigned a lead MCSE that is responsible for the
overall success of the project. Other members of the technical services
team will be used as needed. Services covered by the networking group
include:
Needs Analysis This involves meeting(s) with a client or potential client and
understanding the company’s current technology, their needs, and future
direction. The result is a document that outlines the needs of the
company, which will be the basis for the design.
Design The network design phase will involve determining the solutions for the
company’s needs. This includes hardware recommendations, network
topology, and software solutions. The completed design document outlines
a solution to the company’s technology needs. The design document will be
used in creating a quote for hardware and software, and estimates for
services.

An estimate is provided as an addendum to the design document. It
outlines the specific ways that we can assist in filling the needs of the
client. Our intention is to offer a complete solution. In order to do
this we may work with client’s existing partners or include other key
partners when needed. Some partnerships include, Dell and Compaq for
hardware, and Ameritech for leased lines.
Implementation Upon approval of the Design and Implementation Plan, we begin the
implementation. Our Network Engineer, along with the client’s designated
project manager, work together to coordinate the successful completion of
the project. The implementation can vary widely depending on our client’s
needs. Our level of involvement can range from coordinating the entire
project to only offering technical advice when needed.

Support Services Support is available as needed for our clients. We make every effort to
assist our clients in the most efficient manner as possible. Special
scheduled support outside our normal working hours and guaranteed response
time support is available for an additional fee.
