The organization specializes in selecting, implementing, deploying and managing Microsoft Dynamics® GP (Great Plains), Microsoft Dynamics® SL (Solomon) and Microsoft Dynamics® CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for middle market companies throughout the Great Lakes Region with offices in both Royal Oak and Grand Rapids, Michigan.  The company is looking for an exceptional Solomon Consultant to join this fast growing company in their Royal Oak office.

Requirements Include:

Must have experience with a consulting firm, juggling multiple projects in multiple companies simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Must possess a basic understanding of business process and transaction flows within various industries, additional experience with accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon).

Should be innovative in delivering client advice and solutions and have the ability to grow client relationships.

1-5 years of consulting/implementation experience using Microsoft Dynamics SL or Microsoft Dynamics GP (Solomon Preferred)

College Degree (CPA highly desired)

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships

Self-directed and self-motivated

Enthusiastic about serving customers and learning new skills and technologies

Accurately and timely meeting project objectives.

Ability to implement and document according to First Tech Direct Methodology in order to deliver the highest quality of professional services.
